Accessibility Statement
Genial S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible, in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – level AA, and in accordance with the principles of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), in force since 28 June 2025.
Scope
This statement applies to the website: https://www.italiacampeggi.com/
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of standard UNI CEI EN 301549, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not, or not yet fully, accessible:
- Cookie banner and preference centre: they are provided by an external component. Colours, contrast, focus indicators and focus handling in the preferences window have been adapted by the site, but the «Close and reject all» command, less prominent than the buttons, depends on the supplier.
- Google reCAPTCHA anti-spam check on forms: it is a third-party service. If the check prevents you from sending a request, you can write to us at info@genial.it.
- Interactive maps of the properties: they may not be fully usable with the keyboard or with screen readers. The address and location of the property are in any case given in the text of the page, together with the link to plan the route.
- Online payment of the subscription: it takes place on Stripe's pages, which are responsible for their accessibility.
Technical measures for accessibility
During the design and development of the site, the following technical measures were adopted to ensure compliance with the WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria:
- Correct semantic structure of the HTML code.
- Visible and consistent focus on interactive elements.
- Focus trap implemented on modals, popups and dialogs to keep the focus within the active element.
- A «Skip to content» link, visible on keyboard focus at the start of the page, allowing users to jump directly to the main content.
- Meaningful alt attributes for all informative images.
- Minimum colour contrast of 4.5:1 between text and background.
- Forms and buttons with clear labels, readable also by screen readers.
- Responsive layout, readable on every device.
- Respect for the system preference for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion).
- Use of clear, readable language and avoidance of «walls of text».
Preparation of the statement
This statement was prepared on 22 October 2026.
The assessment was carried out through internal self-assessment, based on:
- Analysis of the page code against the WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria, with calculation of colour contrast ratios.
- Review of the third-party components integrated into the site (cookie banner, reCAPTCHA, maps, payment).
